Registration agreement & terms
Last updated: 8 July 2026
The terms under which domains are registered and held through One World Domains.
1. Agreement
These terms govern domains registered and held through One World Domains (One World Domains Ltd.). By registering or renewing a domain with us you agree to them and to the acceptable-use, abuse, dispute, and privacy policies, and to the policies of the registry that operates the TLD.
2. Registration and renewal
Domains are registered for the whole-year term agreed by email and take effect once the fee is settled. Renewal is your responsibility; we send reminders to the registrant address on file as a courtesy but cannot guarantee delivery. Fees are as set out in the price list current at the time of order and vary by TLD.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide and maintain accurate registrant contact details.
- Keep control of the registrant email address; it authorises changes.
- Use the domain in line with the acceptable-use policy and applicable law.
- Renew on time; understand that expiry can lead to loss of the name.
4. Suspension and cancellation
We may lock, suspend, or cancel a domain for breach of these terms or the linked policies, for non-payment, to comply with the law or a valid order, or where a registry directs us to. Where practical we give notice and a chance to remedy first.
5. Expiry and redemption
After expiry most TLDs provide a redemption grace period during which the former registrant may restore the domain for the fee shown in the price list. After that period the name is released by the registry to the available pool and may be registered by anyone.
6. Liability
We provide the registrar service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted resolution or availability of any particular name, much of which is controlled by the registry. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the domain concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published here, with the date above. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions go to legal@oneworlddomains.com.
