One World Domains

Your corner of the clear blue web.

We keep this short on purpose. One World Domains collects the minimum needed to register and manage your domains and does not track you around the web.

1. Who we are

This policy covers One World Domains (One World Domains Ltd.), an accredited domain registrar. It explains, in plain terms, what personal data we hold and why. Questions go to support@oneworlddomains.com.

2. What we collect

  • Registrant records: the name, postal address, email, and (optionally) phone number you give us to register or manage a domain.
  • Correspondence: the emails you send us and our replies.
  • Server logs: when you visit this website, our server briefly records the request (IP address, time, page, and user agent) to operate and secure the service. This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers or analytics.

3. Why we hold it

We use registrant data only to provide the registrar service: to register and renew your domain with the relevant registry, to reach you about it, to publish the WHOIS record (subject to the WHOIS privacy service), and to meet our obligations as a registrar.

4. What is published

Registries require a public WHOIS record for each domain. Unless WHOIS privacy is enabled, that record may include your registrant contact details. Enabling WHOIS privacy replaces those details with our privacy proxy while we keep your true details on file.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We disclose registrant data only where required by law, to the registry operators we register your domains with, or in response to a valid abuse or law-enforcement request handled under our abuse and law-enforcement policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep registrant records for as long as the domain is registered and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute-handling, then delete or anonymise them. Server logs are rotated and retained only briefly.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or (where applicable) delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@oneworlddomains.com from the registrant address on file and we'll help.
