Domain acceptable-use policy

This policy applies to every domain registered through One World Domains and to everyone who registers or uses one. Registering a domain with us means agreeing to it, alongside the registration agreement and the policies of the relevant registry.

You must provide true, current contact details and keep them up to date. Providing false registrant information, or using details you are not entitled to use, is grounds for suspension of the domain.

A domain registered through us must not be used to:

• distribute malware, ransomware, or run command-and-control infrastructure;
• conduct phishing, pharming, or other fraud or impersonation;
• send spam or operate a botnet;
• publish child sexual abuse material or content that is illegal under applicable law;
• infringe others' trademarks or copyrights, or knowingly enable others to do so;
• evade a suspension by re-registering variations of a suspended name.

Keep your nameservers correctly configured and responsive. Do not use a domain in a way that disrupts a registry's systems, our systems, or other registrants.

Where we find a clear breach, we may lock or suspend a domain we sponsor, and cancel it or refer it to the registry where appropriate. Wherever practical we contact the registrant first and allow a reasonable chance to fix the problem; for serious or ongoing harm we may act immediately. Suspected illegal content is handled under our abuse policy.
