Abuse policy

Report any domain we sponsor being used for:

• phishing or fraudulent impersonation;
• malware distribution or command-and-control;
• spam or botnet activity;
• child sexual abuse material (also reported to the relevant authorities);
• other content or activity that is illegal under applicable law.

We are a registrar, not a hosting provider or content moderator. Where the issue is really about website content, contacting the host is often faster; but tell us too if a domain we registered is central to the abuse, and if we are not the sponsoring registrar we will point you to who is.

Email abuse@oneworlddomains.com with as much detail as you can. Please include:

• Acknowledgement: we aim to confirm receipt within one business day.
• Assessment: we review the evidence and, where appropriate, contact the registrant and/or the hosting provider.
• Action: depending on severity we may request remediation, or lock or suspend a domain we sponsor and escalate to the registry. Imminent harm (for example active phishing) can be actioned immediately.

Please report accurately and in good faith. Reports that are false, automated in bulk, or intended to harass a registrant may be disregarded. We do not disclose a reporter's identity to the registrant unless required by law.
